The proclamation code on your transcript of records is the only official result

You can download your transcript of records in the Student SelfService.

You can download your transcript of records in the Student SelfService after deliberation by your faculty. Not sure how to do this? Have a look at the manual.

The transcript of records holds a proclamation code. This code is your only official result.

In case you did not pass all of your exams in the first exam period, you will be enrolled automatically in the second exam period. You only need to register yourself for oral exams (i.e. via PointCarré). This will be mentioned on the exam schedules.

    Guest & Erasmus students

Guest students (students of another university and college) or Erasmus students can not consult their exam results in the Student SelfService.

Erasmus students will receive an e-mail from the Student Administration Center with a PDF with their results. These results will be scaled to the grading system that is used by their home university in a later stage.

Guest students will receive their exam results via their home university/college.

Each code has a specific meaning

Not sure what your code means? Have a look at the list of possible codes and their meaning.

Note: The following proclamation codes are granted according to the provisions of the Teaching and Examination Regulations 2016-2017. This information applies to the academic year 2016-2017.
