    How do you add courses, synchronize your calendar or sign up for email notifications?

    Just remember that you can still check the timetables based on student groups too.

    Log on

    Add courses

    You can add courses to your timetable by following these steps:

    1. Find timetable

    Click 'Find timetable'

    2. Select your class

    You can search your class by

    • the name of the course
    • a word from the course name
    • the catalog number

    3. Confirm

    Confirm your choice by clicking 'Next'.

    Did you choose a wrong course? Press the trash can icon.

    4. Select your courses

    Here you can decide to follow all the courses or just the onces for a certain group.

    5. Confirm

    Confirm your choice by clicking 'Preview'.

    6. Save

    Save your timetable by clicking 'Save timetable'.

    7. Consult your timetable

    You can now consult your timetable.

    Synchronize

    You can synchronize your timetable with your personal calendar (Outlook, Google, Yahoo, Apple, ...)

    1. Go to your timetable

    Click on 'My timetable'.

    2. Subscribe

    On the top right corner click 'Subscribe'.

    3. Choose calendar

    Choose your calendar by clicking on the icon in the popup.

    Synchronize with O365

    In your Outlook agenda choose the option 'Add calendar' -> 'From internet'.

    Paste the link to My.timetable in the field 'Link to the calendar' and give a name to the calendar. Then press 'Save'.

    In your Outlook calendar it looks like this:

    Stay up to date by email

    Sign up for notifications by email in case of changes or cancellations.

    1. Go to your profile

    Click 'Profile'.

    2. Change your settings

    Uncheck "I don't want to receive notifications." You will now be given the option to enter an email address.

    Just remember that you can still check the timetables based on student groups too.
