    Important points of attention

To make sure exams on campus can go as smoothly and safely as possible, following the current measures, we ask everyone to go through the following information before coming to campus.

    >>> There are a few new safety measures. Read everything carefully so you're fully prepared to go to campus. <<<

    On your way to campus

    • Keep enough distance from others when you’re coming to campus on foot, by bike or by step.
    • If you’re coming by train, metro, tram or bus, follow the instructions of the transport companies. Wear a face mask in stations, buses and trams, and on platforms and at stops. Keep your distance where possible.
    • Carpooling is possible, but the minimum distance of 1.5 meters must also be respected inside the vehicle.
    • If you’re coming by car, enter campus Etterbeek through entrance 6. At campus Jette, use the main entrance at Basic Fit.

    How we guarantee your safety

    • It's compulsory to wear a face mask inside the buildings and outside on campus. You can take it off after leaving the campus.

    • Sanitary and other spaces are cleaned multiple times a day by the VUB cleaning team.

    • There are stewards present on campus. Please refer to them with any questions and follow their lead.
    • Exam spaces are optimally ventilated.

    What we expect from you

    • Always keep 1,5m distance from those around you.
    • Clean your working space and all surfaces you touch before and after you use it.
    • Wear a face mask on campus, outside and inside of the buildings.
    • Follow the marked walking routes and directions.
    • Wash your hands regularly and disinfect them before entering an exam room at the provided handgel-points.

=> You have to have a face mask and something to hold your student ID, ID card or drivers license. Make sure your ID is visible.

=> If you arrive early or have to wait for transportation after an exam, you can do so in open air at safe distance from others.

=> Can't find your exam room? The Information Hub in building D is open from 9am to 5pm. The biggest exam locations are:

    • Nelson Mandela room: Under aula Q, entrance on the rear side at street-level.
    • Parketzaal (L): In the sportscomplex, building L.
    • Groene zaal/Green room (L): In the sportscomplex, building L.

=> Handgel-points are provided at the entrance of every exam room.
