Turning the Tables: Advanced Negotiation Skills

Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate.
    John F. Kennedy

Participants will leave this workshop with a completely different approach to negotiation skills. The workshop starts by exploring the biggest fears and blocks that accompany difficult situations and conflicts. It then moves onto revealing how proven techniques and psychological insights used in hostage negotiation can be applied successfully to any personal or professional relationship. Some elements include impulse control, building rapport, influencing others and learning strategies to overcome self-imposed limitations. Since the trainer works with top executives and senior leaders in global roles, the workshop will be filled with shocking to entertaining real life scenarios.
