The challenges that society and companies are facing in cybersecurity are tremendous. With regard to the current threat landscape that we face, doing better at what we did before is not an option. Subsequently, building a career in this domain equals guaranteed employment.

Women are significantly underrepresented in today’s tech workforce. Globally, only 11% of the cybersecurity workforce are women, this despite a huge workforce with higher education and advanced skill sets.

CyberWayFinder has developed an intensive 3-year Workforce Development Program built on an apprenticeship model and real-work immersion. The program aims to:

    • Hire women into existing cyber teams
    • Provide in-depth training preparing for world-renowned certification
    • Create connections with senior cybersecurity mentors
    • Explore real-life, and real-world problems in the work place

Interested in the program, but no tech background? No worries, with a love for technology and a healthy dose of dedication this program will get you up-to-speed in no time.

Curious to find out more? Take part in an information session. You can choose between:
