    When?

    You can go on exchange in Bachelor year 3 or either of your Master years. The preferred period is the 2nd semester of Bachelor year 3 or the 1st semester of Master year 2.

    Who?

    Bachelor exchange

    You need to:

    • have passed your courses of Bachelor year 1
    • have passed all courses of Bachelor year 2 taught in the semester during which you will go on exchange

    Master exchange

    You need to:

    • have obtained your Bachelor's degree or passed for the bridging or preparatory programme

    How?

    Nomination

    1. Select your favorite destination (list below)
    2. Provide the following documents: Letter of motivation (max. 1 page in Dutch or English)
    3. Send your application to your exchange coordinator Yue Gao
    4. Deadline is March 1st 2020

    Learning agreement

    After you have been nominated, you will have to fill in a learning agreement.

    In short: in your learning agreement you propose the courses that you will be taking at your guest university. You will need to take a look at the offer of your guest university (website) yourself and come up with a proposal of your own to discuss with your exchange coordinator.

    When?

    You can go on exchange in Bachelor year 3 (2nd semester) and do your thesis abroad during the 2nd semester of Master year 2.
