    How?

    Please have a look at the information session.

    Nomination

    1. Select your top 3 destinations
    2. Provide the following documents: Letter of motivation, Results of previous years and those of current academic year
    3. Send these documents to your exchange coordinator Geert Crauwels

    Deadline: 22 December 2020

    All applications will be ranked according to the overall results and letter of motivation.
    This will only come into play when more students apply for the same destination than the number of places that is available.

    Students can go on exchange during BA3 or MA1.

    Application for the exchange happens during the first semester of the academic year prior to the intended exchange period. This applies for BA2 (or BA1 + BA2 combined) students and for BA3 (or BA2 + BA3 combined, bridging programme (‘schakelprogramma’) or preparatory programme (‘voorbereidingsprogramma’) students.

      - Exam results & duration of study
      - Sequence of preferred destinations
      - Language combination
