    Also in academic year 2020-2021 you can get help for your course registration. Due to the COVID-19 situation we can't provide a Helpdesk Course Registration on campus, but we will help out online from Monday September 14th!

    Our temporary helpdesk offers you professional and individual guidance with your course registration and help with possible issues.

    • Make an online appointment in the list down below.
    • In certain cases an intervention is needed from your faculty or learning path counselor. In that case the helpdesk staff will help you fill out the form, which you can find at the end of this page.

    Individual service by the faculty

    Some faculties offer individual help on the faculty secretariat.

    Some faculties offer individual service, others expect you in a group session.

    Not all faculties have the option to offer individual guidance. That is why it is still a good idea to join the group sessions or stop by the helpdesk course registration especially for technical difficulties.

    The faculty is a good option because they can change your programme. Your learning path counselor can advice you on your programme, but the faculty takes care of the administration.
